Booking An Appointment
-
Most appointments take around 45 minutes, including a full ear health check and treatment if required. The exact time can vary depending on the amount and consistency of the ear wax.
-
Yes. Microsuction is considered one of the safest methods of ear wax removal. It is a gentle, water-free procedure that allows the ear canal to be viewed throughout treatment, helping to ensure safe and effective wax removal.
-
Ear wax removal is generally comfortable and pain-free. We use microsuction, a safe and gentle method that most people tolerate very well. You may experience a mild tickling sensation or hear some temporary noises during treatment, but discomfort is usually minimal.
-
Absolutely. You're welcome to have a carer, family member or friend with you during your appointment if it helps you feel more comfortable. We aim to provide calm, patient-centred and neurodiverse-friendly care, and we're happy to adapt our approach to meet your individual needs.
-
Yes. Whether you have wax in one ear or both, the cost remains the same. Every appointment includes a full assessment of both ears, and treatment will be provided where needed.
-
We can safely remove ear wax from your ears, which often helps hearing aids perform more effectively. We can also provide general advice if ear wax is affecting your hearing aids. However, we don't carry out repairs, servicing or cleaning of hearing aid devices themselves.

After Your Appointment
