Ear Care Dorset charges a fixed fee of £65 for ear wax removal by microsuction, whether one ear or both ears require treatment.

Every appointment includes a professional ear health assessment, home visit (within our service area), personalised aftercare advice, and a post-treatment report with before and after photographs where clinically appropriate—giving you a clear record of your treatment and ear health.

Microsuction Ear Wax Removal

Ear wax removal costs £65 in total (one or both ears)

You Pay:

  • £25 booking fee when booking to secure your appointment

  • £40 after your appointment only if ear wax is removed

If no ear wax removal is needed, you do not pay the remaining £40.

To secure your appointment, we take a £25 booking fee when you book

  • If ear wax removal is required: You’ll pay the remaining £40 after your appointment.

  • If no wax removal is needed: No further payment is required, and your appointment includes a professional ear health assessment and advice.
